"I recently received my RefrigeratorSaver and placed it into my fridge. To my surprise, I discovered that my refrigerator was reading a chilly 34 degrees. So I turned the dial down from '7' to '5'. This resulted in an increase of 2 degrees or so. I then lowered it down all the way to a '2', which brought me to right around 40 degrees. I've adjusted my thermostat 4 degrees—8% savings for every 1 degree adjusted, saving me 32%. Produce is doing great too! Nice to know I can do my part so easily with this green product. Like most people, I never thought about the refrigerator. If it felt cold, it must be o.k. I never thought about it running too cold, ruining the food in it. I also never gave much thought to the temperature of the food in it—unless the power went out. The next time that happens, I'll know if the food inside is still safe to feed my family.
